REFERRAL BONUS
Each time you refer a friend to Zodiac Bingo, you'll receive a bonus equivalent to your friend's first deposit - up to a maximum of $100 (or its equivalent* in your chosen currency). You have to have made at least one deposit yourself and be at least a Bronze VIP member to qualify.

BONUS RULES
In order to protect the interest of the majority of our players, the following rules apply to all bonuses.

• Cash in your account is always used first, then bonus money.
  
• There is no limit to the amount of Bonus money you can earn, however you can only use bonus money up to your Bonus Limit.
  
• Your Bonus Limit is 2X your deposits OR, if you make a cash-out, up to 2X your cash balance after you cash out. In effect, your Bonus Limit is reset each time you cash out.
  
• If you have reached your Bonus Limit, any additional Standard Bonuses you receive, will still be yours, but will be placed in your Bonus Bank.
  
• In order to access bonus money that is held in your Bonus Bank, you must increase your Bonus Limit by making a deposit – your bonus limit will be increased by double the amount you deposit.
  
• As you spend bonus money, your Bonus Limit will reduce by an equal amount.
  
• Note that, when you withdraw cash, all bonus money in your account and in your Bonus Bank is removed. However, if you leave a balance of cash in your account, you will be given a new Reload Bonus, at the rate for your VIP Level, to match the cash left in your account up to the Reload Bonus maximum.
  
• Signup Bonuses are given from time to time to enable players to try the games before they make a purchase. Please note that Signup Bonuses are strictly limited to one per player and cannot be cashed out. If you win from a Signup Bonus, you must wager at least the amount of the win before you can cashout.

FAQs

Why does the Bonus Bank keep appearing on my screen? Is this my bonus money?
The Bonus Bank is not your playable bonus money. The Bonus Bank button only appears when you have bonus money that is not immediately playable - in other words, when your total of bonuses to date is greater than your Bonus Limit. The Bonus Bank represents bonus money that you have earned but can only access when you deposit further funds. As you deposit more money, the balance in your Bonus Bank account is moved to your playable Bonus Account.

What is my Bonus Limit - and where can I see it?
Your Bonus Limit is 2X your deposits OR, if you make a cash-out, 2X your cash balance after you cash out. You can see your Bonus Limit by going into the cashier and viewing your Account Balance.

How do I access the funds in my Bonus Bank?
Each time you make a deposit, you are entitled to earn twice that amount in Bonus money. Therefore, if you deposit $20, you will be entitled to access a further $40 of bonus funds. As you will have received a standard 50% deposit bonus of $10, a total of $30 will be moved from your Bonus Bank into your playable Bonus Account.

How do I know how much playable bonus money I have?
If you hover your mouse over the "Credits" button, a small window will appear showing your Cash and Bonus account totals.

How much bonus money can I earn?
Earn as much bonus money as you can. Your bonus money can be used to play any games so long as the total of bonus money in your account does not exceed two times (2X) your total deposits. If it does exceed that amount, your bonus money is still yours, but it will be held in your Bonus Bank until you make further deposits.

Why has my bonus money been reduced when I made a withdrawal?
Bonus money is a reward for loyal players and is not intended to replace real money. When you make a withdrawal, the bonus money in your account will be reduced to a maximum of 50% of the cash in your account. Note that if you are cashing out new winnings, any winnings left in your account will not increase your bonus or Bonus Limit. If you withdraw all cash, then your bonus balances will be reduced to zero. Funds in your Bonus Bank are also removed when you make a withdrawal.
